“Si se deja todo al mercado, si quitamos las reglas, las instituciones, las prácticas, lo que queda es un mercado que trata al trabajo como un commodity, somos seres humanos con ideas, derechos y ambiciones. Los países del mundo con los costos laborales más elevados son los más competitivos y ricos del mundo, como Suecia, por ejemplo. También Alemania, Suiza. Lo importante es hacer lo necesario para que los impuestos sean bien invertidos”
